Interior Design
Interiors, the spaces we live in and work in, have the power to transform our everyday lives.
The design process, it’s all about you!
Finding out about you or your business is the only way to start the design process.
So here is a step-by-step guide to the processes involved
-
Whether this is face-to-face or online, I’ll ask you to fill out a short and informal questionnaire about yourself or your business. This is so I can understand a little bit more about you and your vision. I also ask for you to send me any photographs of the space/s and any images you love.
-
Our consultation together will be chatting in more detail, from your own design ideas or vision to budgets and timeframes.
This normally takes an hour per space.
-
I will measure up the space/s, windows, doors, ceiling heights, etc and photograph the space. (If this is not possible, I will ask you to send me more information from architects, etc…)
Once I am satisfied I have enough information, I will go back to the studio and we will work on bringing all these ideas and technical specifications together.
-
I will then be in touch with you again to book another consultation to present you with mood/vision boards and design boards. These will include fabric, paint, flooring samples plus technical detailed floor plans (if needed), as well as images for window treatments and products.
-
Once you are happy (there is no pressure to commit to any plans), I will manage the project from arranging trades, ordering materials and products, and sorting out deliveries, quotes and possible schedules.
The whole time there will be constant and clear communication with you, so you feel in control and relaxed about the whole process
-
Our team will then install and style the space.
This is based on a large design project, but we also love doing small projects, you may just need help choosing a paint colour for one room, or some new cushion covers.
“Such an enjoyable process with the lovely Annie! She helped us sort out our very drab conservatory, with soft furnishings, Roman blinds and curtains. With her experience and knowledge she transformed out space beautifully. Thank you so much, we so look forward to working with you again.”
